The programmable thermostat divides the house to be heated into various heating areas (e.g. sleeping, living and entertainment areas). The purpose of the heating areas is to control the energy consumption. Each heated area is controlled by a programmable thermostat where the demand for heat for that area can be programmed at different temperatures and time periods.

Each heated area is controlled by a programmable thermostat where the demand for heat for that area can be programmed at different temperatures and time periods.
For example you can programme your entertainment area to be up to your desired temperature at the time you would normally arrive home from work or when your children arrive home from school. Another example is to have the living area heated to your desired temperature before everyone wakes up in the morning. In this way you always step in to a warm room. The system would therefore work automatically according to your lifestyle.
Room Thermostat
Each radiator has a Temperature Regulating Valve (TRV) set to the desired temperature of the occupant. Therefore each person can control the heat in their own room to suit their own personal lifestyle within the home or building.
